At The Rude Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Print-on-Demand Products
As our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner (Printful), we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. We encourage you to carefully review our size guides before purchasing.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A brief description of the problem

3. Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with our fulfilment partner. If the order is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
5. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, as production begins shortly after. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
