These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through The Rude Store website. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
1. Contract Formation
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the product(s) at the stated price. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order.

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of your order.
3. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods shown at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.
4. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative only. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and our fulfilment partner's schedule. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs processes.
5. Risk & Title
Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. Title to the products passes to you upon receipt of full payment.
6. Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer based in the UK or EU, you have statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation, including the right to a refund for faulty or misdescribed goods. Nothing in these Terms of Sale affects your statutory rights.
7. Taxes & Duties
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for any additional charges imposed by your country's customs authority.
